1. What is covered under the Bases Warranty?

The Bases Warranty covers confirmed defects in material and workmanship of the Mattress Foundation and Platform Bed for a period of three years from the date of purchase.

2. Who is eligible for warranty coverage?

The warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the Mattress Foundation or Platform Bed, provided it was purchased directly from us or one of our authorized retailers.

3. What is not covered under the warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, including structural or visual damage from using an improper bed frame or placing the Mattress Foundation on the floor, physical abuse, or damage to the Base structure and/or cover material.

4. Can I transfer the warranty if I sell the Mattress Foundation or Platform Bed?

No, all warranties, including the Bases Warranty, are non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser.

5. How do I make a warranty claim?

To make a warranty claim, you need to contact our customer service team and provide proof of purchase. Our team will guide you through the process and assist you with any necessary steps.

6. What remedies are available if there is a confirmed defect?

If a defect is confirmed, we will either provide a replacement Base or offer a refund, based on the original purchase price. Refunds may be pro-rated according to the remaining life of the warranty.

7. Are shipping and handling charges covered under the warranty?

Shipping and handling charges for warranty claims are excluded from refunds and are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.

8. Can I purchase an extended warranty for the Mattress Foundation or Platform Bed?

At this time, we do not offer extended warranties for our products. However, we stand behind the quality of our bases and provide a generous three-year limited warranty.
